Hello and welcome to the Flames Gym Club website.

You will find lots of interesting information about us on all these pages ..... where we train, when we train, how to contact us and much much more. Please take a wander around our site and take time to sign our new Guest Book.

We train at the Slater Hall at the University of Birmingham's Munrow Sports Centre. You will find directions to the Club by following the link on the 'About Flames' page.

Flames Gym Club is well known for being a successful and friendly club and we have lots of fun doing our gymnastics. We enter lots of competitions so sometimes we also need to be a bit serious. You can see how we have done in our competitions by clicking on the "Comps scores" button.
