Welcome to Flames Gymnastics!
We are a small, friendly club based in the Gillett Centre in Selly Oak, Birmingham, established nearly 40 years ago to provide safe, fun and challenging gymnastics classes for girls and young women of all ages, and boys up to the age of 8 years.
Our certified coaches are focussed on helping gymnasts achieve their full potential and create paths for successful competitive gymnastics. Our club is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment for gymnasts to learn and group both in and out of the gym.
